Shipping policy

The Uncreamery currently ships only within the state of California using UPS Ground shipping which typically takes 1-2 days to arrive once your order is shipped. We are a small batch producer, so we make your order fresh for you every week. Orders need to be placed before 5pm on Thursday to be shipped out the upcoming Tuesday. Orders placed after 5 PM Thursday are fulfilled based on product availability and may be moved to the next week if some products are out of stock. Street address is needed, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.
